Title: IT Project Lead
Roles and Responsibilities
Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected IT projects; analyzes and documents business needs and processes, develops work plans to address problem/opportunity, plans and remediates troubled projects, ensures new projects have detailed plans and are launched correctly and on time, and leads the implementation of performance management/data/technology projects.
Establish and lead a collaborative environment for project teams where knowledge is shared across disciplines on a regular basis to advance projects.
Ensure compatibility and consistency with existing architectural and enterprise standards.
In collaboration with IT leadership team, decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Coordinate cross-project activities
Support personnel in data collection and processing procedures, information technology procedures, operations techniques and network access
Ability to blend in the work culture; establish and maintain collaborative and effective working relationships with supervisees, peers, supervisor, and departmental leaders.
Apply change, risk and resource management
Assume responsibility for the program's people and vendors
Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
Resolve projects' higher scope issues
Prepare reports for Director
Proven experience as a Lead Manager or other managerial position
Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
Demonstrate presentation skills, strategic thinking, and high professional ethics.
Proven experience with SCRUM/Agile project and implementations
Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a plus
