Project Manager Responsibilities:
-Oversee the development, design, coordination, implementation, analysis, reporting and maintenance of strategic project plans.
-Assist in driving early adoption of new systems and project tools by team members.
-Manage activities associated with assigned project and the related teams.
-Lead project team meetings and ensures that the team is provided routine project updates such as meeting minutes and project updates.
-Interface, collaborate and communicate with departments across all phases of IT related project plans.
-Develop and maintain milestones, timelines, risk mitigation, goals and objectives for assigned projects.
-Provide Management with updates on assigned project activities as necessary or required.
-Plan and execute cross functional projects according to defined deadlines, this includes management of the entire PM lifecycle including business case development, scoping, and resourcing.
-Provide feedback to departmental managers / supervisors related to personnel assigned to project teams.
-Ensure the completion of project documentation in compliance with internal procedures and statutory requirements.
-Participate in and/or leads project-related discussions with distribution partners as required for projects.
-Coordinate with other respective departments on cross functional projects.
-Facilitate the implementation of a project in collaboration with management and stakeholders according to specific goals.

Specific Certification: PMP Certification
Specialized Knowledge, Technical Skills, and Abilities:
•Experience in project management, design control, risk management and quality systems.
•Demonstrated track record in utilizing established tools (e.g. Microsoft Project) for scheduled development and project tracking.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to function in a matrix management structure.
•Strong analytical skills with and attention to detail required.
•Excellent teamwork skills.
•Operational knowledge within the respective department.
Years of Experience: 5+ yrs.
