IT Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

* Source, recruit, interview and place high-quality technology professionals in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
* Responsible for recruitment, Interviewing, screening and selection of skilled IT and technology professionals in an competitive market.
* Leverage recruiting resources including Internet, networking, social networking, technical schools, job fairs and advertising, to help identify and source qualified candidates.
* Build a database of prospective candidates using the company candidate database. Maintain proper procedures with in-house Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates and requisitions.
* Manage the interview process; communicate expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process.
* Understand and qualify unique client requirements and culture and find/match candidates to fit.
* Technically qualify skills and experience of candidates by interviewing and performing technical screenings.
* Interviewing techniques with ability to summarize strengths and weaknesses of candidates for hiring managers.
* End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Screening, Submission and onboarding candidates.
* Develop and implement recruiting best practices and strategies to meet anticipated consulting needs.
* Experience working on State Agencies and Government IT staffing needs.
