Netstrive is looking for an ambitious, target-driven and energetic IT Sales/Business Development Manager for our IT Staffing Services to help us expand our North American business footprint.
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with new logos to build new business for the company.
In this role of Business Development Manager - IT Staffing Services, NetStrive is looking for the following experience & skills in the applicant:
Ideal candidate must have:
- A smart, energetic, enthusiastic and self-driven individual with a passion for selling IT Staffing Services with an eye for details and a flair for innovative thought process.
- Develop and grow a client base to generate new Contract Staffing requirements from Implementation Partners, Direct Clients & also help farm the existing client accounts to grow the stake of NetStrive with them.
- Experience in IT Sales / Business Development in a staffing services environment.
- Build and manage relationships with a target list of direct clients and partners at all levels - "C" level, as well as key decision makers.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities through cold calling, lead-generation, networking, developing solutions, proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sale follow up.
- Prior experience in technology sales, staffing, consulting services or a strong background with various domain or other sales role that requires high volume relationship selling.
- The Business Development Manager will grow revenue profitably by selling value, differentiating our services and positioning NetStrive as a valuable choice to the customer.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Must possess a Go-Getter attitude.

Compensation: Base salary plus attractive commission plan
