General Job Summary:
This position in the internal Helpdesk provides support to staff on all company supported applications, software and hardware. Primary responsibilities include: first tier support, full-time management support calls/tickets, routing calls/tickets to appropriate IT teams, troubleshooting applications and desktop support for Mac and PC users. Candidate must have excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills, with ability to distinguish between different problem types.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities wanted:
▪ College graduate degree or have 1-3 years of work experience
▪ Mac and Windows experience
Customer service skills
▪ Participates as a team member with good communication skills. Basic organizational and time management skills Able to organize and manage individual schedule and/or workload in a highly structured environment.
▪ Strong customer service and communications skills
Prefer candidates local to Bay Area.
