We are looking for a Staffing Sales (SS) person to join our team. The SS will be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, post-sale. The SS will work with clients to define their staffing needs and facilitate a seamless recruiting and onboarding process. The SS communicates upselling opportunities and is responsible for generating a strategic account plan. Our perfect candidate can offer 2-4+ years of IT Staffing Sales experience in an IT consulting services environment. He or she has a proven track record of success, is highly motivated, analytical, and thrives in a client-focused entrepreneurial environment. Travel will likely be required.
