Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking for a Secret Cleared IT Support Specialist to work for an IT Services team supporting a large federal contract supporting the DoD in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities for the IT Support Specialist include:
  • Providing Desk side support to all staff members within the organization for various devices/technologies
  • Providing Tier I/II level user support, troubleshooting hardware, computer systems, and software
  • Installing, configuring desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices. software, and device re-imaging
  • Handling priority tickets quickly and efficiently

Qualifications for the IT Support Specialist include:
  • 1+ Years Desktop/IT Support experience
  • Experience with hands-on troubleshooting and support for IT Devices
  • Experience with Windows Servers and Active Directory is preferred
  • Must hold an active IAT Level I certification, such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+
  • Must hold an Active Secret Clearance, can hold a Top Secret Clearance

Compensation for the IT Support Specialist includes:
  • Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience
