Job Description

IT  Support Technician   Direct Hire     Charlotte, NC

 

Due to increased business, our client needs an additional Technical Support person on site here in Charlotte.   

Here are some details:

 

• Primary Contact for the IT Help Desk Level 1 Client Support • Computer and Software Rollouts

• Monitor and troubleshoot network outages • Insure all endpoints are patched and updated Client Support • Primary Contact for the IT Help Desk • Level 1 Client Support

• Route calls to other IT team members as needed to resolve issues • Document all issues in IT ticket system • Mobile application support • Printer and copier support for all offices and job sites

• New Employee Orientation Device Setup and Software Installation • Rollout Device using standard setup procedures • Create new Windows hard drive images • Rollout new software and upgrades as needed

• Backup user data • Update computers and users in Active Directory Support Client-Side Applications • Microsoft Windows • MacOS • iOS Operating system and base applications

• Microsoft Office Company Standard iOS Applications IT Staff Support • Manage support requests to ensure proper customer service • Cross-train IT team members on critical tasks and processes • Documentation of configuration and processes related to responsibilities
