We are looking for hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious team and help us drive top talent to our company via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Candidates must be proficient in identifying, screening, and interviewing potential candidates and must have good knowledge of job boards and direct candidate recruitment.

The candidate will be responsible for placing qualified candidates for our internal and direct client projects, working closely with Business Development & Account Managers.

Identification process - using social media and other databases, to posting positions, using creative recruiting resources to find talents, attending networking events.

  • Hiring process - conducting interviews, negotiating rates and processing in partnership with Finance & HR business partners.
  • Management process - preparing resumes for client presentation, coaching candidates through client interview process, building and maintaining relationships with contract employees.
  • Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate’s selection methods
  • Excellent understand of full cycle recruitment processes
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
  • Impactful presentation style
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • A positive, “can do” attitude

Educational & Experience Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be a seasoned Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline is preferred.
