NoDescription SAIC is seeking to hire for an IT Technical Support role in Washington, DC! Position will be primarily on site with the opportunity to telework one day a week.
This position provides first line IT "break-fix" technical support for local and remote users, resolving technical problems and answering queries. Support shall include IT Hardware Installation, Maintenance, and break-fix support: Includes commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) desktops, laptops, and notebook computers, tablet PCs, scanners, printers, docking stations, and the other computer peripheral equipment and accessories (i.e. voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VOIP) phones, iPhones®, fax machines)
Supports issues relating to Windows® operating systems (OS), MS Office® suite of applications, Internet browsers, Adobe Acrobat® Professional, scanning software, antivirus software, and other software applications that can be installed on a Windows® OS. Qualifications
- AA degree and 6 years of experience, OR High school diploma and 8 years of experience. Bachelor's degree highly desired.
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- CompTIA Security+ CE certification preferred or equivalent IAT Level II Experience:
Three or more years' experience providing network support (i.e. NIPRNET, SIPRNET, remote desktop, CITRIX®)
Three or more years' experience providing help desk support to the following:
- Microsoft (MS) Windows® operating systems (OS), MS Office® suite of applications
- Internet browsers
- Adobe Acrobat® Professional
- Scanning software
- Antivirus software
Three or more years' experience providing communications break fix for:
- Telephones to include voice-over-Internet-Protocol (VoIP), voice-over-secure-Internet-Protocol (VoSIP), and secure telephone equipment (STE) phones, iPhones®
