Our client is looking to hire an In-House Trainer who can not only create and deliver training (in various formats), will author knowledge base articles, work with external vendors as well as affiliate organizations to ensure trainings meet all platform guidelines while being engaging (i.e., maximizing value from a trainee’s perspective).
The trainer must be able to create multiple learning tools each week. These tools include Instructor led training programs, Quick Reference Guides, User Manuals, Videos, SCORM Content and more. Content must be tailored to CLIENT’s audience and the best practices under Instructional Design Models like ADDIE and the Kirkpatrick Training Evaluation Model to create engaging, impactful, and meaningful tools for Learners. The trainer must be able to create, load, and manage SCORM Content, videos, and documents in multiple LMS systems as well as Brainstorm, Microsoft’s Learning Pathway Site, and Ethics & Compliance’s e-LMS system.

The position is located in Princeton, NJ (mix of on and offsite during Covid). Eventually you will be on site most of the time, with some flexibility for WFH as needed. The start date is on or about January 3rd, 2022. The initial contract is 12M and is expected to be a multi-year engagement.
