Job Description

Piper Companies is seeking an Incident Manager for an award winning software company based in the Raleigh, North Carolina area. The Incident Manager will begin working remote and will transition back into the office after things are deemed safe with COVID. The ideal candidate for the Incident Manager will possess both technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities for the Incident Manager include:

• Serve as the focal point for high impact account problem resolution

• Coordinate with multiple teams (engineering, product, sales, the client, etc) and project manage the resolution of complex problems

• Provide the highest level of customer service internally and externally with the client

Requirements for the Incident Manager include:

• 5+ years of experience within technical support and resolution

• Past experience with a strong focus on incident, problem, and change management

• Proven planning, prioritization, and organization skills

• Self -starter and strong project management skills

• Ability to drive change through innovation and process improvement

• Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience

Compensation of the Incident Manager: $90,000 - $100,000 annually with a full comprehensive benefits package
