Northrop Grumman Technology Services sector is seeking an Information Systems Project Manager to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future for our Treasury customer. This position will be located in Washington, DC. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Business Solutions Group. In this role, you will lead a technical team of 4 Northrop Grumman (NG) employees that are currently providing O&M support to a Federal client. The NG team works on the client's site as an integrated part of a combined Government/Contractor Technical Operations Team responsible for the operations, maintenance and enhancement of a Federal Human Capital data warehouse (DW) and business intelligence (BI) solution. As team leader, you will be responsible for:


* Coordinating the work of the NG team with the members of the Federal team


* Providing senior technical guidance, mentoring, and leadership to the combined team in all aspects of O&M responsibilities


* Daily operations, troubleshooting, enhancement design and assistance to the end user community Additionally, you will serve as the NG onsite supervisor, assisting the NG Program Manager and other NG corporate staff in areas including but not limited to financial reporting, status reporting, ongoing business development, and contract management. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires the team leader to work as part of the combined team, performing technical tasks and recommending appropriate courses of action to a wide range of operational and maintenance situations. The successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for leading DW/BI application development and maintenance and the ability to quickly assimilate the existing operations data flow, dimensional database design, Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes and understanding of the personnel data maintained within the solution. This position is contingent upon Customer Approval and the ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust Clearance. Basic Qualifications:


Level 3: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum 5 years of work experience OR an additional 4 years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Minimum of 8 years- Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence solutions experience Minimum of 3 years- Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) Repository development Minimum of 3 years- Creating Oracle SQL queries to support data validation, ETL development, and troubleshooting Minimum of 3 years- Team/task leadership experience Minimum of 2 years- Informatica Power Center ETL development Ability to demonstrate excellent communications skills; written and verbal Candidate must have ability to obtain and maintain required Public Trust clearance to obtain and maintain employment Level 4: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum 9 years of work experience OR an additional 4 years of work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
