About the Opportunity

DMI (Digital Management, LLC.) is looking for a Information Technology Business Analyst to support our client in Baltimore, Maryland.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks. Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading small to mid-size projects to assisting project leadership on larger more complex projects related to operational business functions that affect team members and providers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet with state, local environmental health (EH) stakeholders
  • Characterize base case EH information management across the State
  • Licensing and permitting programs
  • Inspections programs
  • Document management
  • Laboratory and sampling/specimen management
  • Inter-agency communications
  • Connectivity with Health Information Exchange and other non-EH systems
  • Develop ideal state and transition plan

  • Qualifications

    Skills and Qualification Requirements:

    • Must have 8 years' experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business stakeholders
    • Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks concurrently
    • Strong relationship building & communication skills
    • Strong problem solving & process documentation skills
    • Strong understanding of analysis techniques to lead and document business processes, system requirements and data migration initiatives.
    • Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office core (Word, Excel, PPT), project management and Business Intelligence tools
