Who You’ll Work With
Infrastructure Engineering consists of Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering and Security Engineering - together, we build core Internet infrastructure, security applications and distributed systems at scale. Our environment processes 2,000,000+ requests per second, across 25 data-centers and cloud infrastructure providers.

You will help define the strategy, develop our roadmap and ensure the business relevance of our product. You will be the face of the product within our organization. It is up to you to tell the story of our customers. It is up to you to see the opportunities, articulating the value and measuring the success of our development. You will help us understand the priorities, help us make the tradeoffs, and help us see when to change.
We are looking for a self-starter who knows how to drive a product, the technology and the business.
Direct responsibilities will include :

● Conduct customer interviews and usability reviews to deeply understand the needs of both technical and financial decision makers
● Develop and drive the roadmap, strategic direction and pricing strategy
● Champion an iterative, value-driven approach to product development
● Develop, track and report on business metrics that are suitable for the business
● Work with engineering and customer success to produce product documentation, presentations and video content
● Coach and advise customers on cloud infrastructure best practices
● Work with engineering teams to develop API’s, designs, best practices and interfaces that are easy to use and easy to manage
● Domain expertise for cloud delivered services
● Track record for bringing new products to market
● Clear experience of agile software development lifecycles
● Proven strategic thinker
● Able to work with, and influence at all levels
● Experienced presenter
● Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
* Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
