Job Description

This role will support the following areas of business and will be responsible for:

Infrastructure

  • Cisco Meraki Firewalls, Switches and Aps
  • Cisco ASA firewalls
  • Watchguard Firewall w/ advanced protection management
  • Redhat Linux
  • Microsoft Windows Servers
  • Backup – Windows and Linux
  • Patching – Windows and Linux
  • VMWare – ESX, vCenter
  • NetApp Storage
  • Route 53 DNS
  • VOIP Systems

Help Desk Management

  • Manage Ticketing System Software
  • Triage tickets during the day and after-hours support (maintenance user machines and
  • Network (break/fix/slow)
  • User spinup/decommissioning/machine replacement
  • Install software for users without administrative privileges

Microsoft Application Management

  • File Share
  • Permissions management
  • Monitor and manage file share availability
  • File Share auditing

Active Directory/Domain Controller

  • Add, delete, change Exchange users accounts and all associated properties
  • Security Policy Enforcement

Office 365

  • 2nd Tier Support
  • User Spinup/Decommissioning
  • ATP, In-place Hold, etc
  • Email Archive Management via ProofPoint
  • Workstation Management
  • Workstation continuity/security monitoring and remote control and health monitoring and maintenance
  • OS Management including patching
  • Applications (Install, support and patch)
  • Antivirus/Antimalware
  • Anticrypto
  • Whole Disk Encryption
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Others as requested by users
  • Printer Drivers
