SmartERP is growing and building its Cloud Services (Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, and BI/Analytics) sales team to continue to grow our client base while expanding our client opportunities. We are currently looking for dynamic and energetic Sales Directors to focus on hunting new Cloud services opportunities for SmartERP with a specific focus on our Business Intelligence/Analytics business. Our services and solutions are provided by SmartERP’ s techno/functional-savvy teams who provide advisory, implementation, optimization, integration, product development (functional/technical extensions) and application support services across each Oracle technology platform (Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, HCM and CX, cross-industry NetSuite ERP and multi-platform BI/Analytics platforms and tools (Oracle Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Azure/Power BI and Informatica platforms along with multiple data visualization tools including Cognos, Business Objects, QlikView, Tableau, R/Python, Rapidminer, Amazon ML, Hadoop, Spark, Storm, etc.)
The Sales Director will be an individual contributor with the following key responsibilities:

  • Hunting, identifying and closing new cross-industry Cloud Services business within the small, medium, and enterprise accounts market space

  • Build a Cloud Services opportunity pipeline

  • Attain established sales/revenue goals

  • Collaborate with Oracle and client account teams to build pipeline and close new business

  • Build “client for life” trusted advisor relationships with client executives

  • Develop strategies to help position and sell our entire portfolio of Cloud Services

  Must-Have Skills:

  • At least 5-7 years’ experience selling Business Intelligence/Analytics Services and Cloud Application Services including Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft implementation and application support services projects which includes:

  • A proven and consistent track record exceeding quota ($1-3M) consisting of annual sales and revenue objectives

  • A proven and consistent track record selling to Fortune 2000 and SMB companies

  • At minimum, a bachelor’s degree

  • Able and willing to travel up to 50%

  Preferred Skills:

  • Established relationships at the C-Suite level with cross-industry experience including: Financial Services, Wholesale Distribution, Retail, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Hi-Tech/FinTech, Manufacturing and Professional Services industries

  • Previous experience in business intelligence and SaaS-based ERP/SCM/HCM solutions

  Professional Skills:

  • Strong demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Oracle Platforms including: Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, and BI/Analytics solutions

  • Ability to navigate and collaborate with Oracle Sales teams and clients through complex implementation services opportunities
