INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, would work with business professionals to discover solutions that can help their companies succeed and Unique Systems Skills grow. Enthusiastically engage with our customers to think about the possibilities of UNIQUE System Skills LLC and help us become an integral part their businesses, we grow – you grow. An Inside Sales Representative will need to have the ability to create and execute appropriate sales strategy for an opportunity and operate independently while closely working with the USS team. As a USS team member we want you to follow the USS brand passion.
- Try to sell our business services, “IT Recruiting, Training and Consulting”.
- Represent our company with its identity to the current and prospect clients.
- Help build our company’s presence in the corporate world.
- Co-ordinate requirements with another team.
- Work with other team members as and when required.
- Making outbound calls.
- Handle inbound calls and emails.
- Provide follow up calls and emails.
- Meet business clients if required.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Close new accounts by interacting with customers via phone and/or email.
- Arrange business meetings with clients and/or customer.
- Keep inquiry and sale status report updated before end of each week.
- Provide a daily status report and weekly task report.
