Job Title: Inside Sales Supervisor
Employment Type: Full-time Employment

Salary: Base Salary + Benefits + Commission

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to create an inside sales team. This position will be a hands-on supervisor responsible for developing new leads, communicating with prospective accounts, learning their needs, and ensuring a smooth hand-off to the outside sales.

Essential Job Functions:
To be successful as an Inside Sales Supervisor, you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Inside Sales Supervisor should also be very competitive and be a good listener. Inside Sales is responsible for designing and executing sales prospecting strategies for securing new clients. This includes but is not limited to:
- Prospect targeting, email campaigning, prospect calling, and social media management.
- Executing go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.
- Requires an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company’s growth strategy and investments.

Required Education, Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, required
- Previous lead generation and funnel building experience preferred
- Strong social media skills required including LinkedIn
- Understanding of financial services and industry knowledge preferred

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in sales/marketing preferred
