Position: Integration Test Technician
Location: Newark CA
Duration: 6+ months
Shift Timings: 6 AM to 2.30 PM or 2.30 PM to 10 PM
Able to set up and run systems with no help from senior Integration technicians or Test Leads
Strongly adhere to written test procedures
Accurately record test data results.
Performs complex electrical-mechanical assembly activities; complete and maintain accurate failure reports.
Has a good understanding when problem escalation is required for troubleshooting and repairing systems and assemblies.
Can trouble shoot to component/assembly level. Perform/operate computer controlled system level tests and calibration, as instructed.
Has a good understanding of all system software and diagnostic S/W.
Strives to meet or exceed the posted work standards.
Has developed an understanding of ECO/CN and deviation documentation and ensure all changes or deviations are performed per procedure.
Provided daily status updates on activities for that day.
Follows ISO, EHS and 100% Proficiency processes.
AA degree in electronics technology or equivalent education.
Candidate should have 2 to 4+ years of experience working in a production test environment and have the ability to:
Recognize and understand the functionality of various electrical components.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting knowledge.
Set-up and operate electrical test equipment.
Ability to read schematics and analyze circuity.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Utilize soldering tools and equipment.
Works independently, is self starting.
