Leidos is seeking Integration and Test Manager to provide Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) and Post Production Software Support (PPSS) engineering and technical services to the CECOM Software Engineering Center Mission Command Division based in Aberdeen MD with operations located at both Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Ft. Sill/Lawton, OK.
Successful candidates will support our customer in creating capabilities and providing technical services and subject matter expertise in Mission Command, Fires and C2 Maneuver systems. You will provide software engineering and technical support to the Family of Tactical and Strategic Mission Command systems to include: FBCB2, JCR, JBC-P, FSS, Common Software, BCCS, TSI, GCCS-A, TS3, TDI, CPI2, DCO, TDM, COE v3, CPCE, Command Web, DDS, CPOF, GCCS-A; SICPS and MIP/ACIS as well as the US Army's FIRES Family of Systems including: AFATDS, JADOCS, FOS, FF-Q37, FF-Q36, Centaur LWTFDS, PVM, MMS-P, PFED, LCMR Q50, AN/TQP-53 and LCMR Q49.
As a key member of the Program Management Team, the Integration and Test Manager will work closely with the Enterprise Resource Manager and the respect Deputy Program Managers as well as the subordinate engineering and support organizations in addressing, planning and executing all aspects of all assigned software sustainment test and integration efforts.
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering or any other Scientific or Technical discipline and 5 Years' experience as a Senior Test and Integration Manager
Must be able to define, document, analyze, perform, and interpret developmental tests for new and/or modified products or product components. Must be able to investigate and resolve operational, procedural, testbed, and testing approach problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.
Must be able to plan, direct, and coordinate the activity of test and integration personnel involved in providing life cycle software engineering support of military computer software systems. Must be experienced and trained in state-of-the-art software test and integration techniques.
Must be able to understand the technical requirements for software support and be able to develop and maintain realistic work plans, schedules, and controls to establish effective software support of both fielded software and support software of computer based systems.
Must have technical expertise to review and evaluate the technical work performed by subordinates. The Test and Integration Manager must at all times be a role model to subordinate employees, be a workforce motivator, and be a provider of constructive criticism.
Advance degree desirable.
PMP certification a plus.
