A high-profile TCG client is looking for an Interactive Content Developer to design and develop interactive content for online learning. The designer will partner with subject matter experts and client teams to craft and execute asynchronous courses, interactive webinars, experiential instructor-led classroom sessions, and organizational knowledge strategy. These learning experiences may come in the form of traditional e-learning, mobile apps, blended learning, simulations, scenario-based training, or game-based learning. Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, developing and delivering self-paced e-learning courses, tests and resources, designing storyboards, micro-learning experiences, videos, interactions and feedback, administration of Absorb Learning Management System (LMS), data repository design and implementation.
Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning modules with practice checks, knowledge checks, and other elements designed to drive knowledge retention.
Convert existing instructional material to online courses and utilize multimedia technology
ontinuously solicit feedback on all training programs and materials to ensure relevance and completeness.
Coordinate with various subject matter experts, team members, and key partners throughout the design, development, and implementation process.Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Instructional Design Technology, Instructional Technology, Curriculum, Educational Psychology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
Graduate degree in Instructional Design Technology, Instructional Technology, Curriculum, Educational Psychology, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledgeable and proficient in courseware development tools (Lectora, Adobe Captivate, Articulate, Elucidat, iSpring, Gomo Learning, SmartBuilder, Camptasia, etc.)
Excellent skills in desktop publishing software (MS Publisher, InDesign, etc.), HTML editing tools (Adobe Dreamweaver, etc.), and Microsoft Office Suite, including MOSS (Microsoft Office SharePoint Services) design.
Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.
