Job Description

Help-desk Level 1 Support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Level 1 remote support
  • Phone support break fix
  • Prioritization of support requests
  • Resolve tickets
  • Maintain hardware/software inventory
  • Assist with imaging of laptops/tablets and configure
  • Identify and suggest areas for process improvement
  • Performs additional duties or assignments as directed by management

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ year of experience either in internship or co-op within IT
  • Working knowledge of computer systems, Windows/Mac OS, MS Office suite, mobile devices (iOS/Android).

Experience:

  • IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
