Job Title: Japanese-English bilingual IT Helpdesk Engineer
This position to provide the 1st 2nd level technical support to a client company located in Manhattan.
Windows 7-10, Microsoft Office 365, AntivirSecurity patch Software McAfee, Symantec, etc.), Active Directory (IDPW), Virtual Desktop, VMware, Helpdesk ticketing systems, VDI
An ideal candidate must have:
- Business level speaking, reading and writing skills in both Japanese and English.
- At least 1-3 years of Helpdesk experience in a corporate business environment.
- Analytical skill to resolve problems and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication skills (via phone) with mature teamwork skills within the corporate environment.
- BS in IT, computer science or relevant field.
Hourly Rate: $20 - $25 (D.O.E.)
