Our workforce, like our technology, is rapidly expanding and looking for a qualified Java Developer.

Design, develop, implement and maintain Java applications. Analyze, program, test and debug software. Recommend changes to improve processes. Ideate, innovate and stay on top of technology to build performant and scalable applications.

  • The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop, test, implement and support APIs and integration for platform applications

  • Identify potential problems and recommend solutions to the most complex data design scenarios

  • Provide estimates, deliver well documented program code and prepare code in accordance with Nabors designs usability, performance standards, and graphic user interface

  • Assist as technical data resource to cross functional teams

  • Develop, code and/or configure and test programs from clear specifications to meet business needs and ensure functionality of applications

  • Diagnose and solve common system problems while working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines in an environment with limited resources

  • Assist on projects involving complex interfaces and interdependencies between systems and also integrating multiple solutions

  • Participate in systems design, working within an established framework to maximize system efficiency

  • Develop detailed flowcharts to show processing logic for simple programs; debug systems to provide daily operational support for production systems

MInimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Core and Advanced Java (1.8 or above)
  • 5+ years of experience in Spring and Apache
  • 3+ years of experience in Mybatis, Hibernate or JPA experience
  • 4+ years of experience in J2EE containers, with experience in one of Tomcat, JBoss, Spring Boot
  • Restful services 4+
  • 5+ years of experience in OOAD
  • 5+ years of experience in Inversion of Control and Dependency Injection frameworks
  • 3+ years of experience in Messaging Brokers
  • 3+ years of experience in NoSQL Databases like MongoDB
  • 5+ years of experience in Continuous Integration/continuous deployment (e.g. GIT, TFS, MAVEN, GRADLE and ANT)
  • 3+ years of experience in Caching & Scheduler experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Unit testing using Junit and related tools
  • 2+ years of experience in using API Gateway
  • 5+ years of experience in REST & API practices;
  • 3+ years of experience in Kafka
