Job Description

Solidus is searching for a Java Software Engineer who has an understanding of all the components of the system, the interactions between the components, and the data flowing through the system. Duties will include designing the interactions between modules and designing the components themselves.

This position will work with other developers to enable a resilient & capable software infrastructure for data processing algorithms used by operators and analysts. The Engineer should be a full stack developer (WebUI and nodeJS) as well as possess strong Java skills.

Required Skills:
- U.S. Citizen and an Active Secret Clearance
- B.S. degree with at least 5 years of experience
Must have experience in:
- Backend Programming (SQL)
- Eclipse IDE
- Java Development
- JavaScript Development
- Web Application Development
- XML and SQL
- Maven
- Middleware, DDS, Publish/Subscribe, IDL
- Revision Control Software such as GIT, SVN, Maven or Gradle, GITlab, Make / - Auto tools
- Familiarity with JIRA / Confluence

Nice to have:
C/C++, Python, Bash, SQL, HTML / CSS, OR Matlab
