BCforward is looking for a SuccessFactors Consultant;
Purpose of Position/Summary:
Our client will be going live with the new SAP SuccessFactor HR platform shortly. Once Go-live is complete, the client will be rolling into the Success Factors Optimization period where our client will be designing, building and implementing Success Factor needs that were not able to be implemented during March Go Live.
If the selected consultant works well during this Optimization process, the client would look to extend through the end of the 2019 year as we will immediately move into Design/build/test/implementation of two additional Success Factors modules (Compensation and Performance) that they will be implementing on January 1, 2020. Consultants will be tasked to meet with business owners for planning and design and will report to the Success Factors Project Manager.
This resource need is an immediate need as the client intends on starting SF Optimization in early/mid- April 2019 and will go through to the end of June 2019. They will be implementing these optimization items in the quarterly SuccessFactors Upgrade which is set for June 7, 2019. All candidates must be available during this timeframe to work on-off premise during the business weeks. Off hours (evening/weekend) hours may be needed if required to meet our timeline objective of the June 7th upgrade.
Availability for the entire Optimization timeframe is critical and a must.
Job Description: Should have expertise with atleast one of the below background.
EC Specialist (1 ea.) – EC Certified, at least 2 full cycle projects, strong workflow background.
RCM Specialist (1 ea.) – RCM/RMK Certified, at least 2 full cycle projects, Job profile builder, Integrations set up for montage, predictive and skillset
ONB Specialist (1 ea.)– ONB Certified, at least 2 full cycle projects, Background vendor integration set up, contract employee on and off boarding
Change/Com/Training (1 ea.) – Someone who can handle both internal communications and Coordination of any training efforts.
