Title: Hyperion Lead

Duration: Longterm Contract
Oracle Hyperion Lead to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in Insurance and Financial domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.
Should have 8-10 years of experience in Oracle EPM version 11.1.2.x and above of Hyperion Planning, Essbase and HFM applications project
Work with planners and analysts for all month-end close reporting, mid-year forecasting and budgeting
Supporting user training, projects and process documentation, and productions rollouts
Should be very good in design /development/support of ASO, BSO cubes, Rulefiles, Business rules, Calculation scripts, data forms, data grids, Maxl, Smart View and EPM security
Should be able to resolve issues related to data loading from different source systems into Planning and Essbase
Should have experience on Essbase Database backup / archive method and Tuning the data bases for optimal performance
Providing installation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance.
Understanding the business requirements and translating into a successful system solution implementations
Should have exposure with Informatica as the ETL tool
Should be well versed with the Hyperion administration activities
Ability to work on support and maintenance process
Available for production release, any on call support
Capable of analyzing requirements and develop software as per project defined software process
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Somebody who has at least 8+ years of work experience in software development.
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
