Junior Account Manager - WITS ASAM CONTINUUM

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage overall customer and partner relationships
  • Onboard new customers and maintain related processes
  • Track subscriptions and process subscription renewals
  • Understand contracts and support all associated contractual obligations
  • Manage all required internal and external reporting
  • Coordinate with Business Development and Contracting for new contracts and contract renewals
  • Work with customers to identify possible enhancements and opportunities to expand product footprint in customer environments
  • Coordinate with other Account Managers to identify needs and opportunities across customer base and manage cross-customer communication and funding
  • Work with Stakeholders, Business Analysts, and Programmers to develop and approve technical requirements
  • Provide product demonstrations and trainings
  • Understand project budget and manage to profitability
  • Coordinate stakeholder involvement as necessary across organizations
  • Work with customers to set expectations for delivery dates
  • Ability to travel to customer sites for product demos, meetings, and trainings as needed

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience working within a software development team
  • Understanding of government-funded (Federal, State, Local) Behavioral Health programs
  • Knowledge of process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and evaluation processes
  • Demonstrated ability to balance goals of the organization with goals of the customer
  • Ability to understand and represent the needs of the end user in a software development environment
