Job Description

The Project Coordinator will work closely with our Project Managers, assisting with project initiation, execution, and closeout tasks. Builds relationships with clients, learning each client s technical specifications and advising on best practices when appropriate. Identifies potential project problem areas and solves those problems before and as they arrive

Responsibilities may include:

Day to day ticket assignment and management
Setup and manage the day to day PMO process and tools for the project
Keeping SOW to project mapping current
Project accounting functions including managing the budget, tracking expenses and minimizing exposure and risk.
Administrative project setup with Finance as well as in our internal project tracking system
Internal, vendor and client coordination regarding task tracking and deliverable status
Close collaboration with Project Managers regarding project status and potential risk escalations
Participation in requirements gathering sessions; translation of requirements into actionable, trackable tasks
Project documentation including meeting notes and follow ups
Preparation of presentations or other materials for project meetings
Regularly communicates and presents project schedules, statuses, and updates to various team members ranging from junior to Executive level, always tailoring communication and bringing solutions/opportunities.
Ensuring consistency of project documentation per existing framework
Other project/product support tasks as needed. This may require hands-on work in the Drupal 8 CMS to support new and existing clients with website issues

Requirements:

BA in marketing, communications or related field.
2+ years experience in project management managing complex projects.
2+ years experience working with web CMS, preferably Drupal; advanced understanding of content management system basics
2+ years experience working as part of a web development or management project team, preferably onboarding sites onto a CMS.
2+ years experience with JIRA including project setup, task management, and reporting
Microsoft Office 365
SharePoint 365

Self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision
Advanced ability to understand new technologies, specifically in the realm of web development
Excellent written, verbal communication skills working with both internal and client teams at all levels
Excellent time management skills; able to work on a schedule and under pressure
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to foster and manage relationships and drive process
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong project management, organizational, and problem solving/troubleshooting skills a must

Experience with technical project management will be a huge plus
