Job Description

JOB TITLE: Junior Survey Operations Support Analyst - Programming

LOCATION: Pune, India

About This Role:

As an Survey Operations Support Analyst Programmer, you will be part of a dynamic group tasked to develop and deploy consumer-research surveys. You will be expected to program surveys based on external and internal client requirements.

What You'll Do:

* Program small-medium sized programming projects from beginning to end
* Program and deploy research surveys
* Ensure that surveys go live according to programming specs
* Troubleshoot and quickly resolve programming and data issues as needed
* Writing web code
* Assist senior programmers as needed
* Perform detailed user testing on research surveys
* Concurrently handle projects to accommodate deadlines

What You'll Need:

* A Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Software Development or related field
* Experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS
* Pro-active & creative problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent written/oral communication skills and able to document processes and logs as needed
* Able to work as member of a cohesive team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
