Job Description:

CF Industries Employee Services LLC is seeking a Lead, Business Systems Analyst for Deerfield, IL. Qualified candidate manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects. Use knowledge of and experience with PL/SQL Database scripting to perform data extracts from Microsoft SQL Server/IBM DB2/Oracle RDBMS and write PS/SQL programs to perform business related calculations and meet the end user requirements. Develop HR related reports, dashboards and scorecards using reporting tools, including concepts from IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Microsoft SSAS. Architect data quality controls using knowledge of and experience with data quality tools, including Informatica Data Quality. Perform data cleanliness and data standardization activities for HR/Finance data. Use knowledge of and experience with multi-domain, business process solution design to prepare optimized architecture of new program interfaces such as Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Human Capital Management Implement HR systems such as Compensation, customized Security model, Talent Management and data controls using the Software Development Life Cycle processes such as Waterfall and Agile. Drive the overall life cycle of Maintenance projects to closure with result acceptance from users in production environment. Use knowledge of and experience with C#/ASP Dot Net to assess and develop new online portal for as per business needs. Develop Business Intelligence based HR Data model and ETL process using Database Management tool (Microsoft SQL Server) to perform business related calculations. Design Compensation, Talent Management, and Human Capital Management system with external vendors and internal data sources using knowledge of and experience with Extract Transform and Load (ETL) technologies, including Informatica Power Center, Data Stage, and Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services. Document business and systems requirements to address technical solutions for HCM and related HR modules. Create process flow and end to end system architecture documentation for HCM and related HR modules. Use knowledge of and experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle to analyze possible solutions for HR Workday Integration and remediate issues/concerns with HR business processes.
