Key Responsibilities:
Understands business process analysis, design, and management, and their related IT requirements. Drives the definition, optimization, improvement, and approved changes to new and existing business processes. Ensures IT solutions meet user's business requirements. Provides delivery of training and training material as required.

Key Activities:
  • Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives
  • Works closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing & tracking project budgets
  • Works with Architects and Developers to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs
  • Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process
  • Leads system integration testing (SIT) and oversees user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met
  • Leads both innovation and strategy development with subject matter expertise, when appropriate; Seen as the go-to for subject matter expertise by leading day to day activities
  • Provide guidance to team members
  • Creates, reviews and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy
  • Build relationships and provide technology guidance to assigned Business Unit or Function
  • Leads small to medium scale IT Transformation initiatives
  • Manages project administrative tasks including, but not limited to statements of work (SOW), Ariba purchase requests, project demand and time tracking to ensure constant project budget visibility

  • Functional knowledge of AWS / QV / PowerBI / Tableau / SAP / ETL Tools
  • Basic understanding of application portfolio, IT strategy, and business priorities
  • Demonstrated project / program management discipline

  • Undergraduate degree and 8-10 years relevant experience, or
  • Graduate degree and 6-8 years relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of system development methodology, project management, system architecture and analytical/problem solving skills
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 0-3 years of leadership experience a plus
Physical Requirement/Work Location (On Site Critical, Partial Virtual, Fully Remote)
  • Ability to work / travel on site if required
