As part of this group, you will predominantly be involved in architecting and designing data warehouse solutions. You will be a primary contributor in developing, testing and deploying key data warehouses, data marts and will be working with cutting edge technology. This role will prepare you for significant career growth.This is a unique development role where your ability to serve as a team lead to drive projects, and motivate and inspire team members. Primary Responsibilities:

Focus on driving productivity and quality to aide business partners in achieving and exceeding monthly goals
Use metrics, excellent time management skills and leadership skills to ensure business objectives and goals are met
Work as a Scrum Master and facilitate daily huddles, iteration planning and review sessions.
Provide technical support to Data Analyst.
Support weekly, monthly and yearly inventory reporting and forecasting.
Motivate and inspire other team members
Work in conjunction with business analysts to develop, test and implement new production audit opportunities and trends
Create algorithms to data mine member, claims and COB data
Analyze data files for quality, quantity, and accuracy
Use of SQL/SAS skills to identify data anomalies which may impact our processes
Perform proof of concept analyses
Develop, collect and analyze metrics and data to formulate fact-based decisions and proactively implement process improvements
Developing and pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends
Contribute to large, complex projects to achieve key business objectives
Collaborate on application architecture design, enhancements, and decision-making
Organize and execute multiple re-occurring and one-off tasks and projects at one time
Troubleshooting and problem solving with an analytical mindset


Required Qualifications:


3+ years of experience in Analytical role using SAS EG programming and some type of RDBMS such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
2+ years of data analysis experience
2+ years leading a team or team lead experience
Work experience as Agile Scrum Master and facilitate daily huddles, iteration planning and review sessions
Experience assessing business requirements documents
Ability to maintain understanding of numerous client processes in a distributed environment
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree/ Technical degree or equivalent work experience (3+ years)
Proven ability to manage large scale projects to successful outcomes
Experience with healthcare member or claims data
Automating processes
UNIX experience
Experience with VB.Net, Python, C#, R, or other object oriented programming
Coordination of Benefits (COB) experience
Naturally inquisitive about the causes behind data trends and patterns
Process driven and detail oriented
Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
Self-driven, ability to work independently and facilitate change
Possess excellent time management and prioritization skills in order to meet multiple deadlines; comfortable working in a high-paced/high production area
