Job Description



Our F100 client located in a NE suburb of Cleveland, OH is looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join their Office of Business Technology Management organization in a contract position with the potential for conversion. This would onboard remotely, but would eventually be on-site in Cleveland, OH (currently remote through 2021). Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and present long-term staffing models for their IT Service Desk teams



Day to day responsibilities:

- Meets with management, peers, and other departments to discuss staffing and forecast analysis needs of IT Service Desk.

- Maintains long term staffing models for ETS Service Desk. Creates and communicates long-term hiring plans.

- Prepares phone, chat and portal channels demand forecast by reviewing and adjusting for variances in attrition, volume, productivity, handle time and volume.

- Develops and designs presentations to show staffing and forecasting analysis findings and may discuss recommendations for next steps.

- Participates in the formation of staffing plans and forecasts and provides answers to questions about staffing and forecasting data to appropriate Service Desk staffing efforts.

- Forecasting

- Presentation & Interpersonal Skills

- Strong quantitative skills to interpret data

- Ability to analyze problems using various mathematical techniques

- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology

- Demonstrated learning agility to understand business processes and systems

- Intermediate knowledge of WFM Tools and Analytics

- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Basic data manipulation and modeling requires some understanding of programming syntax and skills
