The ServiceNow Product Management Senior Associate will primarily provide Business Systems Analysis for ServiceNow change and release management processes as well as Service Request / Catalog. This role will also serve as the Organizational Change Management (OCM) resource for the ServiceNow Product Management team ensuring delivery of timely communications to end-users and stakeholders. What You'll Do Specific Responsibilities
- Perform Business Analysis duties which includes managing demand, working with collaborators to define/refine requirements, crafting stories in JIRA, and working with Product Owner to prioritize.
- Perform Data analysis as required to support the ServiceNow roadmap
- Assist in driving ServiceNow communications to end-users and collaborators

- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred with Masters or equivalent experience
- ServiceNow System Admin, Developer or Implementer Certificate
- ITIL v3 Certificate
