We’re a leading, stable Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) and Cloud Management Service Provider (CSP). Our role is to proactively manage and support our client’s technology, including cloud services and other technology vendors. Your days will be varied as a part of a “Virtual IT Department” for our customers and member of our team – sometimes at our office using connected management, and other days out in the field with customers. You’ll be encouraged to participate in technology training in an array of technologies and attain company-paid certifications.
You’ll be able to do everything from network design, server builds and IT strategy, to security-related consulting, to executive user support. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions to discover business needs and deliver solutions in a way that addresses those needs. You’ll roll up your sleeves and be able to delve deeply into those technologies; to be the hands-on implementer and ongoing supporter of the solutions you design.

We’re seeking the type of person who can wear multiple hats, is hands-on, has outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well in a customer-facing role with executives and staff users.
The ideal candidate is technically advanced and ‘hands-on’. You must have working knowledge of some (preferably many) of the following products (and related technologies): Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Windows 10, Windows 8 Pro and Enterprise, legacy Windows OS, , Hyper-V, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Exchange 2003-2016, SQL Server, IIS, firewalls, iOS, Android, Labtech (ConnectWise Automate), Acronis, Appassure, Backup Exec, VPN, Terminal Server, server clustering and SAN. Also Windows Active Directory, IP routing and network security, Internet and email/DNS troubleshooting. Although our main focus is on the Microsoft Platform, we support Mac and some Linux too.
Industry technical certifications a plus. The ideal candidate has 5 or more year’s professional IT infrastructure and support experience.
