Serve as the SME and primary functional contact for core HR/Payroll systems, including systems design, capability, and applicability to solve complex business problems. You will be primarily responsible systems configuration, development, delivery and support for HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Talent Management.
Assess business requirements and recommend technology solutions and resolve complex system issues escalated by support teams. Estimate work effort and create implementation plans for projects and critical enhancements. Initiate billing on assigned claims ito ensure pertinent information is captured, including authorizations, clinical notes, treatment plans etc.
Responsible for HR system configuration including modules updates, business process/workflow setup and modification, security, etc. as determined by business requirements. Liaison between vendors and/or internal customers to identify requirements and make system changes to processes.
Troubleshoot system and integration issues by identifying root cause and oversee required correction to prevent recurrence and update documentation to include changes to system configuration.
Understand needs to design and create dashboards and report templates for all levels of management
Review business processes for accuracy and identify areas for process improvement.
Sr. level experience with one or more of the following Workday modules: HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Performance, Succession Planning
Strong business process configuration and report writing including calculated fields
Expert level experience with full SDLC for new development and enhancements to existing systems.
Sr. level experience and understanding of core HR business practices (HR/Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, and HR Shared Services).
Solid experience with analytical and reporting tools with the ability to identify trends and develop solutions based on data analysis
Good project/process management skills including developing project schedules and tasks for analysis, design, testing and implementation.
Advanced knowledge of Project Management tools and MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
