Job Description

As a MEAN Developer, you will primarily support full life cycle (including the Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Deploy phases) custom development solutions. Develop use cases and user stories with personas. Deliver functional design documentation. Develop, analyze, and deliver requirements documentation. Develop SharePoint based applications and workflows. Participate in quality management reviews ensuring the application design and related work products satisfy the requirements including assisting teammates to produce deliverables in compliance with standard procedures Support Team Lead in preparing communications with clients (possessing all ranges of technical ability, personality, and disposition) including face-to-face interaction and accountability with the client on a daily basis to develop positive client relationships within own area of responsibility Support Team Lead in preparing necessary project management artifacts as required to team lead including status, project planning, and reporting Identify and communicate issues and risks to the team lead or end user to facilitate timely resolution. Maximize personal productivity with reduced dependence on supervisor's input by structuring own or others' activities to minimize delays, wasted effort, or rework including conducting work planning/prioritization for own or others' activities. Support critical process definition exercises and related ad hoc activities. Actively contribute to maintaining a collaborative work environment. Develop SharePoint based applications and workflows. 

This is a multi-location role, with positions available in Arlington, VA; Dayton, OH; and San Antonio, TX. 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in building MongoDB, Express, AngularJS, NodeJS (MEAN) Single Page Applications or trained  
  • 2+ years of experience with the D3 JavaScript visualization framework or trained   
  • Experience in building wireframe diagrams  
  • Ability to follow the applicable design standards and ensuring that those designs are functionally and technically sound and integrate with other related system components  
  • Active or Interim Secret Clearance is required for this role
  • US Citizenship is required for this role (dual citizens cannot be considered at this time)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills  
  • Experience in supporting technical writing including ability to complete technical designs that are in line with functional and technical requirements  
  • Ability to follow applicable enterprise methodologies and system delivery life cycles 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills 

 

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
