MS Dynamics CRM Technical Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
· 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM with considerable exposure to 2011,2013,2016, D365 CE Sales, Marketing and Service modules
· 6-9 Years of Overall experience in Microsoft Technologies, C#, .NET ,SQL Server , SSIS and SSRS
· Good Communication
· Hands on Experience in configuring and customizing MS Dynamics CRM.
· Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by writing Custom Pages, plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
· Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
· Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom SSIS/SSRS reports for CRM.
· Experience in integration of CRM with other applications using WCF services or SSIS is preferable.
· Experience in support maintenance of enterprise wide CRM implementation is preferable.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Design and implementing the entities data model, attributes, objects, custom workflows and plug-ins within Microsoft CRM
· Design and Implement Microsoft CRM 2011, 2013, 2016 configurations and customizations.
· Design and develop the integrations like windows/Web Services based integrations.
· Technically Lead for the MS CRM 2011, 2016 related module(s) within the project and work towards finding solutions independently.
· Manage CRM environments for testing, UAT and production.
· Code review
· Good written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
