We're looking for a Mainframe / COBOL Developer to support our innovative client in a fully remote role. Qualified applicants will be willing and able to support standard EST work hours.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Requirements of the Mainframe / COBOL Developer:
- At least 8 years of legacy mainframe application development and system maintenance experience
- At least 8 years of COBOL development experience
- At least 8 years of experience with legacy batch processing
- Self-starter, strong critical thinker
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Medicare claims processing a plus
- Knowledge of AWS and cloud-based processing a plus
