- On-board Employee, run background checks
- HR activities of the Company
- Deal with Govt for approvals
- Deal with Auditors & Legal attorneys
- Accounting & Finance
- Payroll maintenance
- Tax filings & Audits
- Implement Company policies
- Maintenance of Records
- Comply with both Federal & State laws
- Sign Checks & Contracts
- Handle legal contracts like NDA/SOW/PO/MSA etc.
