We currently have an exciting opportunity for Manager, End-User Engineering to lead the implementation of technologies supporting the overall strategic roadmap of the company. As part of our End-User Technology team, this individual will manage a team responsible for implementation and administration of the end-user hardware and software systems as well as the collaboration platforms including but not limited to O365, Exchange and SharePoint.

Key Accountabilities:
Provide leadership, guidance, and assistance to staff; oversee, plan, assign, and supervise the work of staff to ensure successful progress towards goals and completion of projects; assess employee performance and provide feedback and development opportunities to enhance employee performance
Interface with senior level management to deliver metrics, presentations, budget information and audit preparedness
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all end-user systems for the enterprise, including ownership of the OS (Windows & MAC/iOS), patch management and software packaging, Q/A activities, vulnerability remediation and associated metrics & reporting
Ensure that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhere to approved budgets.
Act as a trusted advisor to build and maintain relationships with other Technology leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs. Ensure cost-effective delivery of Technology services to meet those needs and respond with the agility required to address changing business priorities.
Ensure routine maintenance is completed on End-User Technologies systems managed by the department
Ensure patching of end-user systems is completed to minimize downtime and security vulnerabilities
Evaluate staff allocations and provide recommendations for effective and efficient use of resources
Work with Technology leadership to continually update the comprehensive Technology Strategy Roadmap for the entire portfolio.
Oversee and determine timeframes for End-User Technology projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
Introduce automation using existing tools, new technology, methodology, and process flow to improve the throughput of work on the End-User Technology environment
Manage related vendors and work with new and existing partners
Remain up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices
Identify training gaps and assist in building educational opportunities to correct gaps
Develop and manage an on-call rotation for the End-User Technologies Department
Interview and recommend candidates for hire on an as-needed basis

Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience managing a desktop support or end-user technologies department
5+ years' experience administering collaboration tools e.g. Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online in an Enterprise environment with more than 1,000 users
Strong Windows and MAC operating systems and application experience
Experience with application packaging and deployment processes and systems
Experience with Mobile Device Management platforms (Mobile Iron, Intune and JAMF preferred)
Demonstrated project ownership, and ability to drive outcomes from inception until full business value realized.
Excellent design thinking, analytical skills, including exploration, research, and measurement and monitoring
Excellent organizational, collaboration and communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate requirements and prioritize requests
Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making.
Metrics-driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information.
Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, and presentation skills required to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Subject matter expert in end-user technologies

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
