Our Product Management Team is expanding to match the growth of our Automated Patient Affordability, Messaging and Innovation client services.
So, we are looking to hire a Managers in Product Management to help support these business lines.
As part of the Product Management team, you will support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) process.
This includes Discovery, Design, Development Coordination and Deployment, in addition to Ongoing Product and Sales Support.
Leads initiatives to design, deliver and/or commercialize enhancements to the digital, mobile, and data capabilities of our product lines, under the direction of senior product managers and sales executives.
Analyze complex systems, develops strong customer experiences, and brings digital, mobile and data-driven innovation to every engagement.
Key responsibilities range from product ideation all the way through product introduction and support in-market analysis.
Conducts market landscape analysis and research, gather competitive analysis as well as understand client needs and support product ideation effort.
Scope key product requirements/enhancements to define MVP (minimum viable product).
Identify key value propositions and test hypotheses with market research and customer focus groups.
Develop use cases, personas, and partner integration requirements.
Represent key end user goals during the agile product development processes.
Manage feature backlog(s) while pro-actively consolidating feedback, vetting business cases and driving issues to successful resolution for product delivery.
Define major product roadmaps, including necessary enhancements to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Evaluate cost and resource impact on product decisions and recommendations by partnering with IT, Analytics, Operations and Sales.
* Define customer value propositions, program measurement approach and methodology in partnership with the Analytics team, training and documentation requirements for cross-functional commercialization projects.
Acts as the product expert for internal teams and external end users.
Knowledge & Skills
Digital technologies, Digital development, Data & Analytics, User experience design.
Healthcare information technology and Healthcare marketing preferred.
Strong communications and analytical abilities to prioritize success drivers, develop testable hypotheses and communicate recommendations precisely.
Bachelors in Business Administration/Management or related field; or equivalent experience.
4-6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of product management or equivalent experience in working with customers to design technical services and solutions.
Experience may include business management, IT/data analysis software, product management, and/or technical consulting as example.
Able to support key product management related tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision and direction'understanding that support is available from senior managers, as needed.
