The Manager position will oversee, and in some instances directly handle, the contract administration and financial record-keeping and payroll for the Oneida Indian Nation s federal contracting businesses. The right candidate must be able to work in a small business environment, managing a variety of tasks and projects in coordination with other Shared Service departments across Oneida Nation Enterprises (Finance, HR and Legal), while ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations and cost-accounting methods.
