This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for the perfect opportunity to grow their skills and career. This office does not have a marketing department and plans to bring on the first person. The marketing director from one of the main offices will be providing hands on mentoring and training. This position can grow into a much higher-level position and even build out a team reporting to them.


What you will be doing:
  • Work alongside senior leadership and the Sales team assisting in the implementation of all marketing activities, working closely to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and ultimately generate new business leads.
  • Support and enhance the organization's internal communication systems while working to promote external communications through Social Media and other resources.
  • Assist with trade shows, re-standardizing literature, company name change initiative, product launching marketing plan development.
Experience you will need:
  • 2+ years of directly related marketing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of social media platforms
  • CRM tools, On-line analytics, Google AdWords etc.
  • Ability to travel for offsite training support (minimal)
  • Marketing Degree or related field (Bachelor s/4 yr.)


Experience that is preferred:
  • Manufacturing environment very highly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Extreme attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
  • Ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people
