Job Description

Marketing Audience Analyst

Position is currently Remote until further notice but will be 100% Onsite in the future

You will collaborate with leadership to enhance and support our current data management platform (DMP) by building traits and segments, pushing them to our advertising department, and ensuring best-in-class data integration across the organization.

You will also support the creation of new methodologies of data analysis and will be part of optimizing our Customer Data Platform. This is a unique opportunity to grow your DMP expertise and impact not just the Marketing department, but the entire company.


  • Create and modify existing traits and segments in our data management platform to be used for marketing activities
  • Manage ongoing Data Management Platform (DMP) reports and respond to ad-hoc requests from internal stakeholders
  • Maintain the attributes of our DMP Customer Profile
  • Collaborate with our Advertising and Integrated Marketing teams on complete data onboarding, routine DMP audit/inventory exercises, and ensure DMP strategy is executed timely
  • Deliver actionable ad-hoc reports or standard dashboards that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement, and display root cause analysis of problems
