The Marketing Automation Manager is a key member of the corporate marketing and demand generation team that supports global and field marketing by managing and executing email marketing programs, throughout their lifecycle, from inception to reporting and analytics. The role is focused on the continuous improvement of Information Builders marketing communications, automation and operations to improve demand generation and lead conversion. The position reports to the Director of Program Management. Responsibilities:
  • Creates, manages, tests, and executes fully automated marketing campaigns within Pardot, our Marketing Automation Platform
  • Sets up all logic, campaigns and emails
  • Builds emails, website landing pages, forms, lists, and reports within Pardot
  • Creates nurturing and lead scoring programs
  • Develop and execute A//B tests to optimize results
  • Track the success of all email campaigns to continuously improve performance
  • Manage and implement an e-mail marketing calendar that aligns appropriately and logically with other program marketing initiatives.
  • Enforce compliance of business rules and best practices.
  • Research email industry trends and make recommendations
  • Provide quality assurance/flawless execution to ensure that the creative, copy, and links are correct Requirements:
    • 2 or more years of administering a sales force automation (SFA) and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), preferably Salesforce and Pardot
    • Experience with web content management systems and HTML editing
    • Experience managing large data sets and understanding segmentation
    • One or more years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing
    • Experience in a fast-paced, high tech, b2b environment
    • University degree in a relevant subject such as marketing, business or communications, or equivalent experience in a similar role
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • A keen understanding of integrated marketing principles and the ability to view holistic marketing campaigns
