• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field • Minimum 2-years demonstrated experience assisting in a marketing communications environment • Experience in a regulated environment, diagnostic experience and experience in a global environment a plus • Comfortable interfacing and following up with senior marketing colleagues well as regulatory and legal reviewers and communicating in a matrix environment • Excellent communications skills and writing required • Ability to work in a matrix environment and adhere to processes while driving delivery of resources on time • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word required • IBM Websphere a plus

The Opportunity We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to partner with cross-functional team members to enable the development and delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns. He/she will also drive time-sensitive Marketing Communications workflow to ensure creative marketing materials undergo review and approval through a validated system through implementation and/or dissemination of materials to our regional marketing partners. For key product launch initiatives, prioritized campaigns and thought leadership communications, the Marketing Communications Specialist will deliver project support and identify critical deliverables, milestones, delivery dates, and key stakeholders. He/she will create and implement project tracking tools and monitor projects/campaigns and drive execution with responsible parties to ensure project completion and deadlines are met. This position is located in Raritan, NJ.

The Responsibilities • Assist in the development and implementation of projects on a timely basis • Compile, maintain and disseminate commercial-specific communications in support of product launches and updates • Coordinate a full range of project components in an independent and autonomous manner for key projects, campaigns, assist in product launches and life cycle management message deployment • Monitor and communicate project status across Global Marketing with key stakeholders and team members • Act as point of contact for approved, global commercial sales tools and conduct quality control over all portfolio and global commercial sales tools • Manage submissions for sales tools through our copy review (CRC) process • Work with external agencies in the creation or updating of marketing materials, when needed and drive execution of tasks • Assist in managing the Global Marketing Communications calendar • Assist in managing all PO’s submissions, status and budget reporting • Coordinate internal meetings such as yearly global strategic planning meetings and off-site team meetings
