Description :

Exostar is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager for our Community Identity and Access Management (IAM) products and Clinical Site solutions, developed to accelerate speed to market for new drugs and simplify workflow for clinical investigators. The Marketing Manager is a flexible, proactive, hardworking individual, who is knowledgeable in marketing best practices, lead generation and marketing communications. Primary responsibilities for this role are sales enablement (preparing and arm the Sales team with the messaging, information, and tools they need to be successful) and demand creation (creating a predictable stream of truly qualified leads that support the booking forecast) The marketing manager will work closely with sales, marketing and product management. This position will be an individual contributor role and will report to the Director of Marketing.

Your day, if you join us:
  • Creating external messaging, in addition to content and product positioning (collateral including solution briefs, presentations, product overview, and video demos, sales support tools, etc.)
  • Working with PR, producing content (white papers, research studies, case studies)
  • Producing content, planning and implementing integrated lead generation campaigns and coordinating with sales activities
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, developing nurture campaigns
  • Creating and publishing marketing materials (brochures, sell-sheets, solution briefs)
  • Working with the Digital Marketing Manager, developing emails, online ads, and landing pages
  • Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Working closely with Product Management and the Digital Marketing Manager to assist with new product launches
  • Maintaining effective internal communication to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Recommending and helping manage the marketing budget
  • Delivering marketing activity within the agreed budget
  • Creating marketing presentations
  • Monitoring industry best practices
  • Enabling sales through training (with Product Management) and the development of tools (i.e. Battle Cards, ROI calculators)

You meet our must haves for this role if you have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a software company, preferably one selling into Life Sciences
  • Bachelor s Degree in marketing or a related field
  • You are a US person (US Citizen or a US Permanent Resident) this is a requirement due to ITAR regulations

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot
  • Experience developing inbound and outbound campaigns
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong creative outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Formal presentation skills
  • Able to be a self-starter that can work independently
  • Track record of lead generation with a strong foundation working with digital marketing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to execute projects quickly, comprehendsively and professionally
  • Strong ability to learn new technology in a short time
  • Proficient content producer including PowerPoint slides as well as written collateral
  • Ability to work effectively under aggressive deadlines and in challenging settings
